On November 8, 2024, a highly anticipated workshop took place at TU Bergakademie Freiberg, Germany, as part of the Erasmus+ EdAccession project. The event brought together students from Ukraine and Moldova, who are participating in the course Business Ethics in the Transformation towards Circular Economy. The workshop generated significant interest, with students eager to learn about the principles of circular economy, a crucial and trending topic in the world of business. The interactive session encouraged a dynamic discussion, as students asked insightful questions, contributing to a rich exchange with the professor. The course format, combining real-time learning, asynchronous sessions, and direct interaction with the instructor, provided an excellent platform for student engagement and development. Conducted in English, the course offers students the opportunity to build their professional vocabulary while exploring innovative concepts and sustainable strategies essential for the future of economic development. Upon successful completion, participants will receive a certificate with 4 ECTS credits, marking a key milestone in their academic and professional progress.
This workshop demonstrated the strong enthusiasm of students to engage with emerging topics, expand their knowledge, and embrace sustainability practices.
